Arc flash protective suits
Lakeland Fyrban 51 cal arc flash HRC 4 protective suits are made to the finest standards with quality features built in for everyday performance. The 51 cal arc flash suit features:
AR51HD-18 two-layer hood:
- 13oz Indura® Ultra Soft® outer layer
- 9oz Indura® Ultra Soft® inner layer
- Hanger loop attached to top of hood
- Hard hat
- 75 Cal face shield attaches with Velcro® hook and loop
AR51SC-18L two-layer coat:
- 13oz Indura Ultra Soft outer layer
- 9oz Indura Ultra Soft inner layer
- Velcro front closure
- Nomex knit wristlets seal around wrists
- Mandarin collar
- Raglan sleeve design offers superior freedom of movement

Arc rated vests for high-visibility protection
Lakeland modacrylic mesh vests are ideally suited to environments where the possibility of arc flash exists with the need for high-visibility near traffic exposure. The material is inherently fire resistant, with an APTV = 5.1 cal/cm², meeting ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E, HRC Level 1. The vest has 2in silver reflective trim, and meets ANSI 107-2010, Class 2. Model # V-8AM0142VL.
The mesh is yellow/green and has orange modacrylic binding and a 4in orange modacrylic stripe behind the trim to further contrast the wearer against their work zone. Standard sizing on this model is available in S thru 6 XL.
