Easy-to-install cylinder protectors for power industries

The Seal Saver® Custom Cylinder Protection line are all designed to be easily installable anywhere and they have been proven to protect chrome pitting caused by the caustic properties of saltwater and air.

There is no need to disassemble any part of the cylinder and all that is usually required for installation is a screwdriver and one person.  The average time spent installing one of our boots is five to ten minutes.

All Seal Savers® are made using only durable, high-quality materials with proven success across multiple industries, and they are all designed and manufactured exclusively in the US.  Our material options include our standard material, ballistic nylon, as well as speciality materials such as Kevlar and Silica-based cloths.  These options allow our end-users the flexibility to choose which material will be the most appropriate for their applications, such as extreme weather conditions on land or marine environments.

About the Seal Saver® product line

The Seal Saver® Custom Cylinder Protection line was established in 1985 by Fluid Control Services after determining that there was a real need not only for field installable cylinder protection but also for completely customisable cylinder protection across a broad range of industries.

Since we began designing and manufacturing the Seal Saver®, it has been our goal to produce high-quality, high-performance products for our customers that help reduce or even eliminate the high costs associated with premature cylinder failure and downtime. As the years have passed, our priorities and goals have not changed, but our ability to continue innovating and improving our designs has increased and we are proud to supply these unique preventative maintenance products to companies all over the world across a wide variety of industries.
