Industrial linings and fire protection

We can offer an architectural external and internal lining fabricated from single or double-skin panels, and insulated and sealed accordingly. We also supply fire protection boards from a range of suppliers for structural steelwork and voids to suit British standards.

High-temperature internal linings

Wayne Contracts has been involved with the design and installation of linear linings using Insulfrax insulation blankets to insulate boiler and furnace casing internally. Using stainless-steel fixing systems, these protect the Insulfrax with stainless-steel panels (grade 321, 316 and 304), ranging from 0.9mm to 2mm thick, developed to suit the contours of the carcass.

Trace-heating pipework and vessels

We can offer a complete design and installation service for trace-heating pipework and vessels, incorporating thermal insulation for all requirements ranging from frost protection to constant temperature control. We also supply panel systems for pipework and vessels.
