Controls solutions

AP4’s team of experienced field engineers provides on-site and remote services for your control system maintenance, troubleshooting, projects, retrofits, and other critical needs.

We’ve built a team of seasoned industry professionals who can tackle complex controls challenges and deliver confident, expert-led assurance that your systems will run reliably.

Notable systems that we provide field service and project support include, but are not limited to: GE Mark II through Mark VIe (MK2-MK6E), Emerson Ovation®, ABB systems, Bently Nevada, Meggitt, Basler, GE EX2000, GE EX2100/2100e, GE Innovation Series, GE LS2100e, and more.

We also specialise in control system component spares, testing, and repairs, all powered by GTC, an AP4 company. GTC has over 24 years of experience supporting control cards, circuit boards, and other component repairs for GE Speedtronic controls and a range of other OEMs, including ABB, Alstom, Honeywell, Woodward, Triconex and more.

These repairs enable you to extend the life of your controls without performing expensive and unnecessary upgrades. Our expert repairs and remanufactured spares are performed in our labs by highly experienced technicians with specialised training. All repairs undergo full functional testing using fully energised panels and include a test report and warranty. This testing has resulted in a return rate of less than 1% on all parts that we have supplied.

AP4 Turbine Services

AP4 Turbine Services is powered by HTS, with over 30 years of experience with Alstom® and ABB® equipment. We provide comprehensive, turnkey services for Alstom gas and steam turbines, control systems, and related plant equipment.

This includes commissioning services delivered by OEM-trained engineers; mechanical services and outage support; new and refurbished capital parts; and gas turbine component repair services. HTS is an authorised repair centre for Voith and ATOS.

Gas turbine centerline installation services

We provide expert-led gas turbine centerline installation services for new-build power plants, delivering safe, precise, and reliable execution. Our in-house leadership and trusted field professionals support mechanical, electrical, I&C and commissioning scopes that deliver schedule certainty, cost efficiency, and uncompromising safety and quality.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Integrated supervisory teams for mechanical, electrical, erection, piping, and materials
• Instrumentation & Controls installation and commissioning support
• Commissioning and startup support for rotating equipment
• HRSG and Balance of Plant (BOP) scope support
