Unidirectional knife gate valves

The EX model knife gate and EK model knife gate are unidirectional wafer valves designed for general industrial service applications such as power plants, pulp and paper, wastewater treatment plants, chemicals plants, etc. The design of the body and seat ensures non-clogging shut-off on suspended solids.

The EX model knife gate is a unidirectional wafer valve designed for general industrial service applications.
The EB model knife gate is a bidirectional valve used in a variety of industries.
The TK model through conduit knife gate is a bidirectional wafer valve designed for media with high consistency.
The CR model knife gate is a heavy-duty valve designed for handling difficult applications.
The VG model knife gate is suited for use in handling abrasive slurries.

Sizes range from DN 50 to DN 1200 for the EK model and DN 50 to DN 800 for the EX model, with larger diameters on request.

The ET model knife gate is a unidirectional lug type valve designed according to MSS-SP-81 and TAPPI-TIS 405 for industrial service applications. It is available in sizes ranging from 2in to 30in (larger diameters on request).

Bidirectional knife gate valves

The EB model knife gate is a bidirectional valve designed for general industrial service applications. The design of the body and seat ensures non-clogging shut-off on suspended solids in industries such as wastewater treatment plants, chemical plants, food and beverage, etc. The working pressures are:

  • DN 50 to DN 250: 10kg/cm²
  • DN 300 to DN 400: 6kg/cm²
  • DN 450: 5kg/cm²
  • DN 500 to DN 600: 4kg/cm²
  • DN 700 to DN 1200: 2kg/cm²

The BT model knife gate is a bidirectional lug type valve designed according to MSS-SP-81 and TAPPI TIS 405-8 for industrial service applications. The design of the body and seat ensures non-clogging shut off on suspended solids in industries such as power plants, pulp and paper, mining, chemical plants, etc. The working pressure is 150psi / 10kg/cm² for DN 2in/50 to DN 24in/600.

Through conduit knife gate valves

The TL model knife gate is a through conduit wafer valve designed for media with high consistency. The TK model knife gate is a bidirectional wafer valve designed for media with high consistency. The valves are used in a wide range of demanding applications in industries such as power, chemical, wastewater, pulp and paper, etc.

Round and square port knife gate valves

The CR model knife gate is a heavy-duty valve designed for handling difficult applications. The two-piece body with round inlet and square outlet (larger than the inlet) ensures non-jamming.

Slurry valves

The VG model knife gate is a wafer valve designed for a wide range of industrial applications. The double-seated design provides bidirectional shut-off. The design of the valve body and the two rubber sleeves makes the VG valve suited for use in handling abrasive slurries in industries such as mining, power plants, chemical plants, wastewater treatment, etc.

Silo outlet valves

The XC model knife gate is a wafer valve designed for industrial bulk handling service applications (powdered and granular products). The special design of the body allows for easy passage of the fluid and makes it ideal for use as silo outlet valve. It is used in a wide range of industries, including the power industry.

The BC model knife gate is a square port low-pressure valve for solid loaded fluids, mainly used in bulk handling and silo outlet applications in industries such as chemical plants, power plants, wastewater treatment plants, etc.
