In April Vichem will be presenting an exhibition booth during the Eurochlor conference and exhibition in Budapest, Hungary.
Based in Brussels, Eurochlor is an association federating 97% of chlor-alkali producers in the EU-27 and EFTA regions. The federation is a key link between industry, policy makers, and the general public. In order to strengthen society’s confidence in the chlorine sector, Eurochlor works to further industry transparency, and drives efforts to achieve a sustainable future through addressing environmental, social and economic issues.
It will hold its Eighth International Chlorine Technology Conference and Exhibition in the Budapest Marriott Hotel, from Tuesday 5 to Thursday 7 April 2011.
Continuing on the success of the two conferences held in 2005 and 2008, this event will again focus on technology in addition to the more traditional discussions on production, health, safety and environmental protection. An exhibition will also run in parallel with the conference, allowing service providers such as engineering companies, equipment manufacturers and consultancies to showcase their products.
Vichem will be present at booth 21, to present its technology particularly adapted to the destruction of chlorinated waste, providing a destruction and removal efficiency of 99.9999% and reaching extremely low levels of dioxins (less than 0.005ng/Nm³) and NOx.
