The industry’s overall hiring increased by 17.12% in July 2021 compared with June 2021.
Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 9.32% share in July 2021, recording an increase of 0.64% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 98.28% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Spain power industry in July 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 50% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Spain power industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
Siemens posted 22 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a rise of 214.29% over the previous month, followed by Senvion with 19 jobs and a 280% growth. Enel with 7 IT jobs and Nordex with 4 jobs, recorded a 56.25% drop and a 33.33% decline, respectively, while Companhia de Transmissao de Energia Eletrica Paulista recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 56.9%, down by 32.65% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 39.66% share, a growth of 360% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 3.45% share, down 77.78% over June 2021.
