Description

The project is being developed by Coom Green Energy Park. The project is co-owned by Brookfield Renewable Ireland and Coillte Cuideachta Ghniomhaiochta Ainmnithe, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The electricitiy generated from the plant will offset 137,371t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The wind power project consists of 22 turbines, each with 4.8MW nameplate capacity.

Development status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2025.
