Description
The project was developed by Muirhall Energy. Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust and Octopus Energy Generation are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.
The project generates 144,000GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 50,000 households, offsetting 50,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The Lattice towers installed at the project site are 110m high.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Limejump under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2021.
Contractors involved
Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 10 units of N133/4.8 turbines, each with 4.8MW nameplate capacity.
Nordex is the O&M contractor for the wind power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2021, for a period of 20 years.
