Description

The project was developed by RWE Renewable UK Humber Wind. RWE Renewables UK, Greencoat UK Wind and Greencoat Renewable Income are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 37.8% and 11.2% respectively.

The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.

The project generates 757,591.956MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 300,000 households.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to E.ON UK under a power purchase agreement for a period of 13 years from 2022. The contracted capacity is 219MW.

Contractors involved

Vestas Offshore Wind was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 73 units of V112-3.0 MW Offshore turbines, each with 3MW nameplate capacity.

Vestas Offshore Wind is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
