Description

The project is being developed by La Gan Wind Power Development. The project is co-owned by Asia Petroleum Energy, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners KS and Novasia Energy, with their respective ownership stake of 33.33% each.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 7,000,000 households, to offset 130,000,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project will be spread over an area of 600km². The turbines will be mounted on fixed type foundations.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2025. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2029.
