IoT related deals in the power industry decreased in H1 2021

Internet of Things related deals made up 0.9% of all deals announced in the power industry operations and technologies sector in the first six months of 2021.

Internet of Things (IoT) related deals made up 0.9% of all deals announced in the power industry operations and technologies sector in the first six months of 2021.

This represents a decrease from the figure of 1.3% in the last six months of 2020 and a decrease from 1.7% in the first six months of 2020.

In the first six months of 2021, the overall number of announced deals in the power industry operations and technologies sector increased by 20.1%, from the same period in 2020.
