The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 42.63% in May 2022 when compared with April 2022.
Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 6.52% share in May 2022, recording an increase of 0.73% over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Belgium’s power industry in May 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 50% in May 2022, registering an 83.87% decline over the previous month.
2) Computer and Information Analysts claimed a 30% share, a flat growth over the previous month.
3) Computer Support Specialists held a share of 10%, registering a 50% decline from April 2022.
4) Database and Network Administrators and Architects captured a share of 10%, down 75% over the previous month.

Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 90%, down by 76.92% from April 2022. Entry Level positions with a 10% share, registered a decline of 93.33% compared with the previous month.
