The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 193.1% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Belgium’s power industry during April 2022 over March 2022.
Umicore posted 73 IT jobs in April 2022 and registered a rise of 386.67% over the previous month, followed by Element Labs with 7 jobs and a 41.67% drop. Siemens with 2 IT jobs and Engie with 2 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Parkwind recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during April 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.54%, up by 177.27% from March 2022. Entry Level positions with a 25.84% share, registered an increase of 283.33% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 5.62% share, up 66.67% over March 2022.
