
Czech Republic’s power industry registered a 22.6% rise in IT hiring activity in October 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 40.74% in October 2021 when compared with September 2021.
Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 13.06% share in October 2021, recording a decrease of 2% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Czech Republic’s power industry’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic’s power industry in October 2021.
1) Database and Network Administrators and Architects recorded a share of 41.67% in October 2021, registering a 150% growth over the previous month.
2) Computer Support Specialists claimed a 27.78% share, an increase of 400% over the previous month.
3) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers held a share of 25%, registering a 30.77% decline from September 2021.
4) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations captured a share of 2.78%, down 75% over the previous month.
Top five power companies in Czech Republic’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average flat growth share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Czech Republic’s power industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
CEZ posted 28 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 75% over the previous month, followed by Siemens with 4 jobs and a 50% drop. Schneider Electric with 4 IT jobs, recorded a flat growth.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 80.56%, up by 38.1% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with a 16.67% share, registered an increase of 200% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 2.78% share, down 50% over September 2021.
