The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 1.34% in December 2021 when compared with November 2021.

Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 14.98% share in December 2021, recording an increase of 1.92% over the last three-month average share.

Top five power companies in Denmark’s IT recruitment activity in December 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 2.38% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Denmark’s power industry during December 2021 over November 2021.

Vestas Wind Systems posted 30 IT jobs in December 2021 and registered a rise of 7.14% over the previous month, followed by Senvion with 5 jobs and a 16.67% drop. Vattenfall with 2 IT jobs and DHI with 2 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 100% growth, respectively, while Siemens recorded a decline of 71.43% with 2 job postings during December 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in December 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.14%, up by 4.17% from November 2021. Mid Level positions with a 30.23% share, registered a decline of 18.75% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 11.63% share, up 66.67% over November 2021.
