The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 5.67% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 34.88% share in the company’s total hiring activity in April 2022, and recorded a 0.56% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Element Labs IT hiring in April 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Element Labs, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 65.79% in April 2022, and a 38.89% rise over March 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 34.21% in April 2022, and registered flat growth. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 2.63% in April 2022, a 50% drop from March 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Element Labs
North America emerged as the leading region in the global power IT hiring activity in April 2022 with a 76.32% share, which marked a 625% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 18.42%, registering a 41.67% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 5.26% share and a 50% drop over March 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Element Labs IT hiring activity in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 52.63%, up by 81.82% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 42.11% share, a growth of 220% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 5.26% share, down 50% over March 2022.
