Top five power companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in November 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 9.09% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s power industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Siemens posted 101 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a drop of 1.94% over the previous month, followed by Schneider Electric with 27 jobs and a 49.06% drop. Siemens Energy with 15 IT jobs and Vestas Wind Systems with 11 jobs, recorded a 200% growth and a 10% growth, respectively, while SolarEdge Technologies recorded an increase of 20% with 6 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.14%, down by 13.56% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 36.22% share, registered a decline of 23.86% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 8.11% share, flat growth over October 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.54%, recording a month-on-month decline of 88.89%.
