Out of the total IT job titles posted by Schneider Electric, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 62.31% in September 2021, and a 1.22% drop over August 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 13.85% in September 2021, and registered growth of 38.46%. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 9.23% in September 2021, a 36.84% drop from August 2021.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 40.77%, registering a 3.92% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 16.15% share and a 23.53% rise over August 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 1.54% and a month-on-month flat growth.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 41.54% share in September 2021, a 6.9% decline over August 2021. India featured next with a 35.38% share, up 17.95% over the previous month. France recorded a 4.62% share, an increase of 200% compared with August 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Schneider Electric IT hiring activity in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70%, up by 7.06% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 20.77% share, a growth of 3.85% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9.23% share, down 29.41% over August 2021.
