The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 2.26% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.
Out of the power industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 11.26% share in September 2021, recording an increase of 0.88% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 21.95% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Spain’s power industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
Siemens posted 10 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a drop of 37.5% over the previous month, followed by Nordex with 7 jobs and a flat growth. Enel with 7 IT jobs and EnergyCAP with 4 jobs, recorded a 16.67% flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Senvion recorded a decline of 66.67% with 4 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 63.89%, down by 51.06% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 19.44% share, registered an increase of 40% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 16.67% share, up 20% over August 2021.
