North America emerged as the leading region in the global power IT hiring activity in May 2022 with a 59.09% share, which marked an 85.71% rise over the previous month.

Europe stood next with 22.73%, registering a 28.57% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with an 18.18% share and a 33.33% drop over April 2022.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 59.09% share in May 2022, an 85.71% growth over April 2022. The UK featured next with a 13.64% share, down 57.14% over the previous month.

Senior jobs lead The ERM Group IT hiring activity in May 2022

Senior jobs held a share of 77.27%, flat growth from April 2022. Entry Level positions with a 9.09% share, a flat growth compared with the previous month.
