IT jobs claimed a 7.01% share in the company’s total hiring activity in February 2022, and recorded a 0.06% decline over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Vestas Wind Systems, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 51.16% in February 2022, and a 15.38% drop over January 2022, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 15.12% in February 2022, and registered growth of 18.18%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 13.95% in February 2022, a 20% drop from January 2022.
Europe drives IT hiring at Vestas Wind Systems
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global power IT hiring activity in February 2022 with a 65.12% share, which marked a 22.22% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 30.23%, registering a 44.44% month-on-month growth. Middle East & Africa was the third leading region with a 2.33% share and a flat growth over January 2022.
In the fourth place was North America with a share of 2.33% and a month-on-month increase of 100%.
Denmark commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 30.23% share in February 2022, a 25.71% decline over January 2022. Portugal featured next with a 24.42% share, down 8.7% over the previous month. India recorded a 13.95% share, an increase of 9.09% compared with January 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.63%, down by 10.17% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 26.74% share, a growth of 21.05% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 11.63% share, down 33.33% over January 2022.
