Description

Almatti is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 3,439.7 million cubic meter. The project generated 483.8 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $116.1m.

Almatti (Almatti I Power House) is equipped with Bharat Heavy Electricals kaplan turbine. The phase consists of 1 turbine with 15MW nameplate capacity.

Almatti (Almatti II Power House) is equipped with Bharat Heavy Electricals kaplan turbines. The phase consists of 5 turbines with 55MW nameplate capacity.

The electric generators for the project were procured from Bharat Heavy Electricals.
