Stadtwerke Mainz and juwi are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 33.33% and 3.33% respectively.

The project generates 68,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 49,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $70.142m.

The project has 128m high towers.
