Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Amazon Web Services under a power purchase agreement for a period of 13 years from 2015. The contracted capacity is 149.5MW.

Contractors Involved

M. A. Mortenson was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 65 units of SWT-2.3-108 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project, commencing from the year 2015.

Broadwind Towers and Ventower Industries have supplied towers for the project.
