The project is being developed by Hyundai Engineering and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power.

The project is expected to generate 1,400,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $2,411.83m. The project will be spread over an area of 92km².

The wind power project will consists of 66 turbines each with 8 MW nameplate capacity.
