The project is being developed and currently owned by Jackson Power.

APGCL Amguri Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 345 acres.

The project cost is expected to be around $48.86m.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Assam Power Distribution under a power purchase agreement. The power will be sold at the rate of $0.049kWh for a period of 25 years, starting from 2021. The capacity to be procured is 70MW.
