Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in July 2021 with 48 contracts and a 35.8% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 32 contracts and a 23.9% share and Electricity Procurement with 28 contracts and a 20.9% share during the month.

The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Power Purchase Agreement: 25 contracts and an 89.3% share
  2. Project Implementation: two contracts and a 7.1% share
  3. Electricity Supply: one contract and a 3.6% share.
