Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in Q4 2019 with 93 contracts and a 35.5% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 81 contracts and a 30.9% share and Electricity Procurement with 33 contracts and a 12.6% share during the quarter.

The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Power Purchase Agreement: 29 contracts and an 87.9% share
  2. Electricity Supply: three contracts and a 9.1% share
  3. Project Implementation: one contract and a 3% share.
