Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in Q4 2021 with 167 contracts and a 43.4% share, followed by Electricity Procurement with 70 contracts and an 18.2% share and Generation Equipment with 67 contracts and a 17.4% share during the quarter.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 130 contracts and a 77.8% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: 16 contracts and a 9.6% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: 16 contracts and a 9.6% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: five contracts and a 3% share.
