Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in Q4 2020 with 110 contracts and a 35.7% share, followed by Generation Equipment with 100 contracts and a 32.5% share and Electricity Procurement with 37 contracts and a 12% share during the quarter.

The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 81 contracts and a 73.6% share
  2. Consulting & Similar Services: 13 contracts and an 11.8% share
  3. Power Purchase Agreement: 13 contracts and an 11.8% share
