The top issuers of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Asia-Pacific were:

  1. China Huadian (China): 3,000MW from one contract
  2. ArcelorMittal (Luxembourg): 975MW from one contract
  3. Guoneng Xinjiang Ganquanbao Comprehensive Energy Service and Solar Energy Corporation of India (India): 300MW capacity from one contract.
