The proportion of solar technology contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Supply & Erection with 16 contracts and a 41% share
- Project Implementation: 12 contracts and a 30.8% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: nine contracts and a 23.1% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: one contract and a 2.6% share
- Electricity Supply: one contract and a 2.6% share.
Australia tops Asia-Pacific solar power contracts activity
Australia was the top country in the Asia-Pacific region for solar technology contracts recorded in December 2020 with 12 contracts and a 30.8% share, followed by China with eight contracts and a 20.5% share and India with four contracts and a 10.3% share.
