T&D Project stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in April 2020 with 159 tenders and a 42.9% share, followed by T&D Equipment with 110 tenders and a 29.6% share and Generation Equipment with 54 tenders and a 14.6% share during the month.

The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation: 96 tenders and a 60.4% share
  2. Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: 62 tenders and a 39% share
  3. Consulting & Similar Services: one tender and a 0.6% share.
