T&D Equipment stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Asia-Pacific region in February 2021 with 53 tenders and a 37.3% share, followed by Power Plant with 45 tenders and a 31.7% share and T&D Project with 26 tenders and an 18.3% share during the month.
The proportion of tenders by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 24 tenders and a 92.3% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: two tenders and a 7.7% share.
Solar is top technology for Asia-Pacific T&D project tenders in February 2021
Looking at T&D project tenders by the type of technology in the Asia-Pacific region, solar accounted for one tender with a 100% share.
