Babandh TPP – Angul PS Line, India

Babandh TPP – Angul PS Line is a 400kV overhead line with a length of 48km from Babandh Thermal Power Plant, Odisha, India, to Angul Pooling Station, Odisha, India.

The project, which is currently in the planning stage, is expected to be commissioned in 2022.


Babandh TPP – Angul PS Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Lanco Group. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

The construction works on the Babandh TPP – Angul PS Line project will be commenced in 2021 and commissioning is expected in 2022.
