Harbin Steam Turbine Factory was selected as the turbine supplier for thermal power project. The project consists of 2 units of CLNZK660-24.2 / 566/566 turbines, each with 660MW nameplate capacity.

Harbin Electric Machinery supplied QFSN 660-2 electric generator for the Baicheng Power Plant (Baicheng Power Plant Unit I).
