Description
The project was developed by Parque Eolico Belmonte. Enel Green Power Espana SLU and EDP Renovaveis are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50.16% and 29.9% respectively.
The project generates 81,890MWh electricity thereby offsetting 74,929t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $67.017m.

Contractors Involved
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 41 units of G52-850 kW turbines, each with 0.85MW nameplate capacity.
