Benger Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 187 hectares.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 35,000 households, to offset 210,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $150m.

The solar power project consists of 265,000 modules.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2021. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2022.
