The project is being developed and currently owned by Beximco Power and TBEA Xinjiang Sunoasis. The company’s ownership stake in the project stands as 80% and 20% respectively.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Bangladesh Power Development Board under a power purchase agreement. The power will be sold at the rate of $0.15kWh for a period of 20 years. The capacity to be procured is 200MW.

Rays Power Infra and SgurrEnergy are expected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

LONGi Solar Technology will be the supplier of PV modules for the solar power project.

Rays Power Infra is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the solar PV power project for a period of 5 years.
