Binga is a 140MW hydro power project. It is located on Agno river/basin in Cordillera Administrative Region, Philippines. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. The project construction commenced in 1956 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 1960.

The project is co-owned by Aboitiz Power and SN Power, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 21.193 million cubic meter. The net head of the project is 156m. Binga underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2010-2013. The project generated 238.43 GWh of electricity.
The project construction commenced in 1956 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 1960.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Philippine Electricity Market under a power purchase agreement.
Rainpower was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 4 units of francis turbines, each with 35MW nameplate capacity.
Koncar Generators and Motors supplied 4 electric generators for the project. The generator capacity is 37 MVA.
