The project is developed and owned by Electric Stations. The company has a stake of 100%.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is coal. In case of shortage of coal the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Kontakt UgleProm LLP.
