The project was developed by EDF Renewables, Element Power US, Horn Wind and OwnEnergy. The project is currently owned by EDF Renewables.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 52,739 households, offsetting 352,295t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

M. A. Mortenson was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Bobcat Bluff (Bobcat Bluff I) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy turbines. The phase consists of 34 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.

Bobcat Bluff (Bobcat Bluff II) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy turbines. The phase consists of 66 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.

EDF Renewable Services is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
