Bobov Dol Substation is a 400kV substation located in Bobov Dol Thermal Power Plant, Kyustendil, Bulgaria.
The Bobov Dol Substation project’s construction is expected to begin in 2026. The works are expected to be commissioned in 2028.
Bobov Dol Substation project, which is an upgrade substation, will be operated by Electroenergien Sistemen Operator.
The designed voltage level of the substation is 400/220kV and the operating voltage level is 400/220kV.
The step-in voltage of the project is 400kV and the step-out voltage is 220kV. Upon completion, the substation will have a capacity of 630MVA.
