The project was developed by Renew Estate and is currently owned by Spark Infrastructure Group with a stake of 100%.
Bomen Solar Farm is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 250 hectares.
The project generates 230GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 36,000 households, offsetting 198,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $150m.

Beon Energy Solutions was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Jinko Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 310,576 modules at the site.

The project is utilising horizontal single axis trackers supplied by NEXTracker.
Beon Energy Solutions is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2020.
