Description
The project is being developed by Brookfield Renewable Ireland and Coillte Cuideachta Ghniomhaiochta Ainmnithe. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.
The electricitiy generated from the plant will offset 137,371t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $204.864m.
The wind power project consists of 22 turbines, each with 4.8MW nameplate capacity.
Development Status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2023.
