Description
The project was developed by Cannon Power Group, Enel Green Power North America and Shell WindEnergy. The project is co-owned by Royal Dutch Shell and Terra-Gen, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 11,000 households, offsetting 85,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in September 2002.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to L.A. Department of Water Resources under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2002.
Contractors Involved
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 62 units of V47-660 kW turbines, each with 0.66MW nameplate capacity.
