Cabin Point Solar Center is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 700 acres.
The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 15,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $107.8m.
The solar power project consists of 260,000 modules.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to Old Dominion Electric Cooperative under a power purchase agreement from 2022. The offtake capacity is expected to be 75MW.
