Description

The project was developed by Helios Solar Energy and is currently owned by Equis.

Cadiz Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 176 hectares.

The project generates 188,500MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 167,525 households, offsetting 94,627t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $208.508m.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in March 2016.

Contractors Involved

Bouygues Construction was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

The solar PV modules for the project were supplied by JA Solar Holdings and Trina Solar.
