AES Clesa y Compania SC de CV, B&D Servicios Tecnicos, Compania de Alumbrado Elec Salvador, Distribuidora de Electricidad del Sur, Distribuidora Electrica de Usulutan, Empresa Distribuidora Electrica Salvadorena and Empresa Electrica de Oriente are the power offtakers from the project.
